General
View
E-Delivery Note, which speeds up shipping processes and trade by creating delivery notes in a digital environment, increases the efficiency of businesses.
Compliance with legislation
The e-delivery note, which was put into practice by the Revenue Administration, has the same legal characteristics as the paper delivery note. With the e-delivery note, delivery notes are signed with an electronic certificate in compliance with the legislation and are transmitted, stored and presented electronically.

Lower cost
Businesses that use the e-Delivery Note application gain speed and efficiency gains in their business processes, while also saving on costs arising from processes such as printing and preparation of paper delivery notes.
For immediate use
Businesses that are e-Invoice taxpayers do not have to apply to the Revenue Administration. It is sufficient to apply to the e-Logo Private Integratorship. Those that are not e-Invoice taxpayers must start the application.
Easy integration
The e-Delivery Note application can be easily integrated with other software, systems and general business processes used in businesses.
Data
security
Transferring delivery notes to digital media with e-Delivery Note ensures the security of these records.
Easy
access
Accessing documents created digitally with e-Delivery Note with a single click through the system increases the operational efficiency of businesses.
Environmentally friendly delivery note process
In addition to the cost advantage provided by the end of paper use, e-Delivery Note also offers an environmentally friendly application. With the transition of delivery notes to electronic media, paper use in businesses is reduced and the cutting down of trees is prevented.
Who can use it?
Businesses that are included in the e-invoice application are required to switch to the e-delivery note application as of July 1, 2019. Businesses that are not subject to this obligation can also join the e-delivery note application by completing their applications and preparations for e-delivery note preparation and transmission.
